Not at all. While my approach is deeply rooted in physiological birth, many of my Childbirth Education class families plan to birth in hospitals and birth centers! This class helps you understand your options, prepare for interventions wisely, and advocate for the birth experience you desire.

As a doula, I take a limited amount of hospital births during the year. Reach out to see if I've hit that number!

Yes! Even if you’re in your third trimester, it’s never too late to hire a doula or prepare your heart and mind for birth. Doula services tend to get full quite quickly, but please reach out to double check with me if I have a spot for you! 

Yes! For an additional fee, I offer private Childbirth Education classes on your schedule, in the comfort of your own home.
