Hey there,
I'm Aria!

I'm a wife, mom of two, birth doula, and childbirth educator! But before all of that, I was just a woman who knew, deep down, that birth was meant to be different than the narrative so often shouted to us.

My journey into birth work officially started when I became a mother myself. I learned firsthand how much birth shapes us—not just in how we meet our babies, but in how we meet ourselves. I’ve walked through birth’s fire, and I’ve seen the way it refines and strengthens us.

I believe we're a generation taking our births back into our own hands. I believe birth is meant to be protected, trusted, and approached with deep reverence. And I believe that you, no matter where you plan to give birth, deserve to enter this season feeling prepared, deeply supported, and filled with peace.

I hope that one day soon, we get the opportunity to chat so I can hear more about your family, your story, and your dream birth experience!
