Assistance in gathering evidence for decision-making surrounding tests, screenings, newborns procedures, medications, etc.
On call birth support 24/7 from 38 weeks of pregnancy onwards
Physical, emotional, mental, informational, and spiritual support throughout labor
Non-professional photos and/or video of labor/birth if desired
Breastfeeding support
1 Postpartum visit (1.5-2 hours) to process your birth and check in with you + baby
Text/FaceTime/Phone support throughout first 3 months postpartum (But honestly... we'll just become friends!)
Childbirth Education Services
Classes are held one evening a week for three weeks in my home, enabling a more relaxed environment and community within the group! Snacks and drinks provided. Topics covered include comfort techniques, labor position, anatomy of birth, positive birth stories, and the transition to parenthood/adding a sibling to the family. Because of limited class sizes, each session is somewhat tailored to the group, enabling your curiosities / desired birth experience to influence our curriculum!
