I believe that mothers are the true experts in their pregnancies & births, and I advocate for trusting & valuing their intuition every step of the way.
Seeing mothers birth their babies in a nurturing environment lights a fire in me! We don't get any do-overs in birth, so your experience matters.
This isn't just about a healthy mom and healthy baby (although those two things are so important!). It's about support, informed consent, overcoming fears, patience, empathy, and love. Let's do this!
As a birthworker, I have the opportunity to partner with your family during this once-in-a-lifetime journey. I'm passionate about squeezing hips, building birth plans, educating you about your options, incorporating fathers into the birth, labor positions, and pretty much anything that will make you feel like you rocked your birth!
Redeeming Birth Services
Doula Services
Having continuous, compassionate support in labor can transform your birth experience. I offer Doula services for those planning to birth at home, an out-of-hospital birth center, as well as a limited amount of hospital births. As your doula, I walk with you through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, providing:
Emotional, physical, and informational support
Guidance in preparing for the birth you desire during our two prenatal meetings
A calming presence during labor, whether at home, birth center, or hospital
Advocacy, encouragement, and reassurance in the moment for both you and dad
Postpartum follow-up to help you process and settle into motherhood
Birth is meant to be held with love and reverence. I’d be honored to hold that space for you!
Childbirth Education Classes
A 3-session class designed for moms and dads who are desiring an unmedicated birth—whether at home, a birth center, or in the hospital. This class blends ancient wisdom, modern realities, and the deeper mindset work needed to birth with confidence. You’ll learn:
The physiology of birth and how to work with your body
How to navigate birth plans, interventions, and other decisions wisely
The role of fear, faith, and surrender in labor
How to prepare for a slower-paced, more peaceful postpartum
Virtual Class: Birth in the Bible
What does the Bible actually say about pregnancy, birth, and postpartum? This one-off class dives into God’s design for birth, how it has been honored (and altered) through history, and what that means for you as a modern mother. Reach out to see when the next one is being held!
